Incorrectly Placed Orders & Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrectly placed orders or changes of mind. We may be able to modify orders prior to dispatch; however, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel, change, or refund any part of it due to a change of mind.

Due to the nature of our goods, all purchases are considered final. No orders, including those prior to dispatch, are eligible for refunds based on a change of mind.

Product Suitability & Customer Responsibility

As we provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and/or guides where applicable, we are unable to offer returns or refunds based on dissatisfaction related to selection, preference, or suitability.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product information carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets their needs.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including logistics, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays unless 30 days have passed from the order date without delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our delivery partners.

Damaged or Defective Items

All items are inspected prior to shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence.

We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit, where appropriate.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover any return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
